CHS values our role in the community as connectors, supporting the people of Columbia County and making it a healthier and more resilient place to live. All of our services are still being offered and our locations are open to serve you. We ask that you please call to schedule an appointment. Nearly all services we can provide to you over the phone. And if it needs to be done in person, we can accommodate that, too. While we need to maintain physical distance to keep our bodies healthy, we need to be socially connected to keep our community healthy. Call toll-free or text 800-244-4870 with questions about resources during this time, including food, childcare, healthcare, addiction/recovery, children's activity ideas, and education/homeschooling, emotion regulation or mental health care. Text FOOD to 800-244-4870 to inquire about food box delivery. We look forward to hearing from you! We are ready to help connect you to resources in the community.
