oregon health plan (OHP) Assistance

Need to apply?
You can apply for the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or Healthy Kids at any time of the year. There is no “Open enrollment” period for OHP.
Private plans have an open enrollment period. Visit OregonHealthCare.gov to learn more.

Questions about renewing OHP coverage?
Every year, Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and Healthy Kids members must update their information. This helps OHP know if you still qualify for health benefits. Not everyone will renew at the same time. When it is your turn to renew your benefits, OHP will send you a letter with instructions. If you did not receive a letter, then you do not have to renew your benefits at this time.

To learn more or have other questions?
More information about the renewal process is available at ohp.oregon.gov or Call OHP Customer Service at 1-800- 699-9075 or 711 (TTY) or visit OregonHealthCare.gov. You can also visit OregonHealthCare.gov to get local help from experts in other regions by clicking on the blue “get help” button.
For OHP application assistance, clients can be directed to area OHA Certified Community Partners, which can be found on the map to the right, or visit www.OregonHealthCare.gov to get local help by clicking on the blue "get help" button.
To get assistance from CHS with your OHP application fill out the form below to request an appointment. Once the form is filled out somebody will contact you to make an appointment.
